Q: How do I install it on a second device?

A: Using the same iTunes account go to the App Store-> Updates-> Not On This iPhone-> look for the Word of Promise Audio Bible and click on the Cloud symbol to download then install it

If you purchased it through the free app then install the free app from the App Store then open the app go to More->Restore My Purchases.

Q: Can I use it on my Apple device if I purchased it in the Android Market?

A: Unfortunately not, you will have to purchase the app again.

Q: I got a new phone and now when I try to use it, it asks me to purchase again?

A: If you purchased the app from iTunes and it's asking you to purchase it again, then you probably downloaded the free version, please go to the App Store-> Purchase-> not on this phone and install from there.

If you purchased it through the app (in-app purchase) the open App go to More-> Settings, scroll down to “Restore My Purchases”.

Q: How do I change the audio quality?

A: First delete the downloaded books to avoid having the files twice. Go to Contents-> Tap on Edit-> Tap on the “-“ next to the books to delete and tap on “Remove Audio”

Go to More-> Settings-> scroll down to High quality audio and turn it on then re-download the audio from “Contents”
