Q: How do I install it on a second device?


A: APPLE Devices


Using the same iTunes account
If you purchased the Complete version
Open the App Store
Updates
Purchased
Not On This iPhone
Look for the Word of Promise Audio Bible
Tap on the Cloud symbol to the right to download and install


If you purchased it through the free version
Install the free app from the App Store
Open the Word of Promise NKJV App
Tap the horizontal bars on the top left
Select "Restore Purchases"


A: ANDROID Devices


Using the same Google account
If you purchased the Complete version
Open the Play Store
Search for "Word of Promise"
Download and install "Word of Promise Complete"


If you purchased it through the free version
Install the " Word of Promise" free app
Open the App
Tap the Gear icon on the top right
Tap "Settings"
Select "Restore My Purchases"


Q: I got a new phone and now when I try to use it, it asks me to purchase again?


A: See "How do I install it on a second device" above.


Q: Can I use it on my Apple device if I purchased it in Google Play or viceversa?


A: Yes
Install the free version
Open the Word of Promise App
Create an account inside the app
Verify your new account
Send a feedback message from the app requesting to add the contents to your account
You maybe asked to prove that you own a license in one of the markets


Q: How do I download the entire audio contents?


A: Go to the Bible Menu
Select Contents
Download Old Testament
once completed go back and download the New Testament
The entire audio is about 1.5 GB for the standard and about 4 GB for the HQ
so, make sure you have enough battery or plug in your device and that you are in a Wi-Fi
environment to avoid data charges if any.


Q: How do I change the audio quality?


A: Tap the horizontal bars on the top left
Select General
Set High Quality Audio to ON
You will have to re-download the audio
